Weight Lifting Tips:
Share & Discover Fitness Advice

Do you have any weight lifting tips to share?

This site is full of lots of fitness and exercise advice written by yours truly. But just to clarify the "My" in MyWeightLifting.com refers to you - Not me. Did you really think I was that vain?...

...So, in honor of you, this section is where I shut up and simply provide you with a place to communicate your knowledge and voice your opinions.

By sharing your advice with the rest of the world, you can simultaneously discover brand new information from other like-minded contributers while growing a community that helps motivated trainees like you.

In other words... Leave your mark, take what's yours and let others do the same.

I am genuinely interested in learning any and all relevant tips or tid bits that you have to offer. But most important of all, future visitors will benefit from your addition to this stockpile of weight training and fitness wisdom.

Don't hesitate to post your tips and advice. No e-mail address is required to post.
