The purpose of this page is to proudly disclose the fact that I use affiliate programs to earn money. (I also use contextual advertising, which is explained in the privacy policy.)
As I stated, I monetize this website using affiliate programs. This means that I may receive a commission if you click on a link to a product or site that I recommend, and make a purchase. However, not every link to a product on an outside site is necessarily an affiliate link.
If I receive commission for a product sale, it does not increase the price that you pay. But it does help to support MyWeightLifting.com. First and foremost, the money earned is used keep this site thriving. Any extra money I make goes toward paying my bills, paying Uncle Sam, chipping away at my tuition loans, putting food in my belly, or ballin' out on occasion.
For the sake of being open and honest, I would like to disclose existing affiliate relationships:

Even though I receive compensation through these affiliate programs, I always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on any topic or product. That said, any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.
So the moral of this story affiliate disclosure statement is that I'm not being deceptive and trying to swindel you out of your cash. I'm simply supporting the growth of this website and trying to make a living by running this site as a full time job.
